จาก พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้บริโภค (PDPA) เป็น พรบ.ที่เข้ามาคุ้มครองการเก็บข้อมูลลูกค้า ,ข้อมูลการตลาด, การเงิน, การขาย, MA, CRM และอื่นๆที่มีเนื้อหาที่เป็นความลับหรือมีความละเอียดอ่อนเหล่านั้น บริษัทจึงจะต้องมีการปรับตัว ตั้งแต่ การเก็บข้อมูล, การใช้ข้อมูล, การควบคุมหากข้อมูลรั่วไหล และคำนึงถึงแนวทางในการรับมือหากเกิดข้อมูลรั่วไหลให้มีประสิทธิภาพ Safend Data Loss Prevention (DLP) คือ ระบบตรวจสอบและป้องกันข้อมูลรั่วไหล โดยผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถกำหนดนโยบายและตั้งเงื่อนไข เพื่อให้ระบบทำการตรวจสอบและปกป้องข้อมูลสำคัญก่อนที่จะถูกถ่ายโอน ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ระบบEncryption ,ควบคุมพอร์ต ,ควบคุมการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่างๆ และการตรวจสอบเนื้อหาโดยอัตโนมัติ ช่วยเฝ้าระวังให้องค์กรของท่านลดความเสี่ยง ควบคุมความปลอดภัยของ ข้อมูลสำคัญขององค์กรไม่ให้รั่วไหลออกไปสู่ภายนอกองค์กรได้

• PROTECTOR ช่วยในการควบคุมพอร์ต / การเข้ารหัส encryption ข้อมูล เพื่อป้องกันการอ่าน และนำข้อมูลออก ที่ใช้งานร่วมกับอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่างๆ เช่น Flash Drive, Card Reader ,โทรศัพท์มือถือ, เครื่องพิมพ์เอกสาร, อื่นๆ นอกจากนั้นใน Module นี้ยังมีระบบในการจัดเก็บ Shadow data เพื่อให้ Admin ตรวจสอบขัอมูลของ User ได้
• DISCOVERER ช่วยป้องกันการนำไฟล์ที่เป็นความลับหรือไฟล์ที่ใช้สำหรับภาย ในองค์กรไม่ให้สามารถนำออกจากตัวเครื่องหรือส่งต่อไปยังผู้ที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาติ
• ENCRYPTOR ช่วยในการเข้ารหัสฮาร์ดดิส เพื่อป้องกันในส่วนข้อมูลบนตัวเครื่องของผู้ใช้งานในกรณีเกิดเหตุการณ์เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์สูญหาย
• AUDITOR แสดงข้อมูลการใช้งานเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ภายในองค์กร กรณีมี Audit เข้ามาตรวจสอบ เช่น ข้อมูลการใช้งาน USB, FireWire, PCMCIA, PCI,internal storage ออกมาในรูปแบบของรายงานได้
• REPORTER แสดงรายงานการทำงานของระบบ โดยระบบจะนำ Logs ใน Module ต่างๆ ที่เปิดใช้งานมาสร้างเป็นรายงานสรุปให้สามารถเห็นภาพรวมได้
